Did you ever wondered how people get rich?

A few days ago Vil’s former landlady asked him for help, she needed some screenshots to prove that the deposit was paid to the agency and Vil didn’t hesitated to provide the requested documents. He ssked for a feedback but she didn’t even had the decency to reply with a thank you.

That’s the way rich people deal with problems. At first, they ignore everything and when it’s convenient for them they fu** you, also they ignore the law and the business attitude is questionable.

Maybe you say that Vil shouldn’t have send the documents. Well, we think that others behaving like *** is no reason for us to forget our good education.

And the funniest part. She wouldn’t needed to contact Vil for the documents, he already send them a few times, she was just too lazy to look in her inbox.

She maybe lost a few hundred Euros, but we lost everything. No home, no money……

Landlady needs help!

Yesterday Vil received an email from his former landlady asking for help to sue the agency. That’s a bit funny because the last time Vil had contact with her she threatened him to “use the full power of the law against him”. Anyhow, Vil is not a person who rejects requests for help, so he sent her the documents without any hesitation.

Hi Vil,

I hope you managed to find a nice place to stay after moving out from Weesp.
My battle with the agency is unfortunately not over yet. They failed to transfer your deposit to my account. I will be submitting an official complaint to the Real Estate Association they belong to in Amsterdam. I will make sure public media knows how they work with tenants and landlords.
Therefore I will need your help: do you mind sending me a copy of the deposit confirmation you paid them at the beginning of renting our apartment?
I am looking forward to your email.

Greetings,
M.

Hello M.,
The deposit and the first rent was paid at the 28/02/02018. Please see the attached screenshots.
-> I hope you managed to find a nice place to stay after moving out from Weesp.
Unfortunately no, we are stranded. The whole situation and the loss of money forced me to give up and live on sofas. Not only the stress with the agency, also the loss of monet and a serious ilnness was in total way too much for me and I was not able to recover as planned. After fixing my ‘accomondation issue’ and my recovery I planned to go back to work and my employer supported this but that didn’t work out and now we are on a camping place, waiting for my contract to be terminated.
I am very sorry that we couldn’t stay longer, because we would have been reliable tenants and we liked the flat. Ok, I ‘smuggeled’ Indy in, but there wouldn’t be any issue with her and as a responsible dog owner you will surely understand that you won’t aboandon your companion.
Anyhow, as you can see in all the emails I wrote to the agency. They never send me a bill, they never gave me the mailbox keys, the got the rent and deposit in time, also they disrespected me and the ‘house inspection’ was a clear insult.
My Google Review here : ——
——-
This company is a disgrace for their profession. The insulting attitude of this ‘agency’ is the prove that customer service is NOT their focus.
Just a few points:
– They refused to send me a detailed bill.
– They refused to explain which services I exactly need to pay for.
– They refused to cooperate and dates where only made to their convenience with little notice.
– They granted unknown persons access to my flat.
– I needed to clean the whole flat myself after moving in.
– I needed to arrange all needed repairs and everything else when I moved in.
– They refused to answer several emails in regards to the flat and the rental conditions.
– For information about the expected energy consumption they referred me to the previous tenant. Why do I need to approach the previous tenant?
– Several other email got unanswered.
– They shared confidential information with other parties.
– They requested an ‘official inspection’ with a questionable justification.
…. and way more….
And the cherry on the top: They approached my employer with the intend to put me under pressure or even blackmail me. WTF?!
They did nothing but causing stress and troubles and only consisted asking me to pay several hundreds of Euros for no service at all.
After two months I moved out, because a peaceful living in the flat was not possible and dealing with this ‘agency’ nearly on a daily base was more then unpleasant.
Bottom line: Indeed they have nice properties, but if you consider to work with them I recommend you do every agreement in written form and make extensive notes / records (like I did)!
P.S.: While reading the 12 reviews I learned that four reviews are most likely made by employees 🙂 33%!

I told you how they treated me and unfortunately at this time you didn’t realized that these people are scum, but I hope you can use the attached documents to sue the shit out of them. Please also use the link to my blog https://www.indy-ca.com and especially https://www.indy-ca.com/category/agency/?order=asc to support your claim.

I also wrote quite extensive about the communication in my blog -> https://www.indy-ca.com/category/agency/?order=asc
You might want to contact Marco, because he might still wait for money as well.
Magdalena,
as you can read  in our blog, we hit rock bottom and all the stress with the agency contributed a hughe part to our actual situation. If you see any way to support us, please feel free to be creative. You migh have lost a fair amount of money, but I have lost my whole life somehow. In reality, I have no real idea what and where we go. Anyhow, good luck with your complaint and feel free to include me, maybe I can get there a few bucks ‘compensation’, because right now I am quite broke.
Please keep me posted and have a good day.
Vil

Let’s see if she ever comes back to us.

Indy’s BLOG – Looking for a place to stay ASAP!

** PLEASE SHARE! **

Please help us by sharing this post. Thank you!

tl;dr – We need a place as soon as possible and if not, we will end up on the streets! Seriously!

Living with a dog is not easy, but the best thing ever!

You surely know it’s nearly impossible to find affordable living space in the Amsterdam Area and if you are (with) a dog it’s even harder.

We are urgently looking for a new place to stay somewhere in the Amsterdam commuting area and we are virtually ok with everything because otherwise, we will literally end up on the streets.

Who are we?

We are Indy and Vil. Indy is 7 years old and she barks French and English, she is a really relaxed Labrador and Border Collie Mix. This is her blog.

I am her “tin opener’s” and my name is Vil, I am German, speak English, French and very little Dutch. I work on the phone in Amsterdam Sloterdeijk.

We are both clean, well educated and bark very rarely. 🙂

What?

Our dream would be a really nice flatshare with some friendly and happy mates because we like to share. We are ok with a room, a flat, a studio, a garage, a transporter van, an RV … or even a tent in your garden, you can be creative, it’s quite urgent.

We are ok with everything! We are ok with every duration, but we would prefer long-term with registration possible, but this is not mandatory

Seriously, when you are with a dog, it’s not easy to find a place, because most adverts on Facebook or Kamernet.NL, Facebook or Clawq refuse dogs. Facing this obstacle we are literally ok with everything, the place just needs to be affordable, dry and warm.

Really nice would be somewhere in the Amsterdam commuting area because Vil works in Sloterdeijk. He is ok to travel to work by train, Holland isn’t so big. 🙂

When?

ASAP! We could literally move in today. Right now we are on standby and Monday we will run out of ideas. Vil needs to go to work. You could say it’s a little seriously urgent because we are somehow on the streets. We don’t carry much stuff with us. Just a few bags, the doggie food and that’s it. 🙂

We need a place as soon as possible and if not, we will end up on the streets! Seriously!

Indy’s BLOG – Moving Day! (AGAIN)

Vil just went to Bo-Rent to hire a little van for moving to Apeldoorn. The van was just 58.- Euro for 24 hours inclusive everything and way less than the 80 Euro last time Alfred exploited from us, but thanks god we don’t have to see this guy again anytime soon.

A colleague offered us to stay with him for a few weeks until we find something ‘better’. 🙂 and now everything is already packed and we are ready to go. Well, who thought that we will be again on the move so soon?

Indy’s BLOG – Leave as much damage as possible!

Alfred is gone, FINALLY!, but it wasn’t without a few final insults. We expected something to happen because he is the kind of character who needs to ‘win’ and he needs to have the last word. Allrite! Go for it.

Today he sends us an email and informed us that he corresponded directly with the agency and the landlord.

Well, what is that? All the time it’s our business to deal with the landlord and the agency and now? That’s just the last confirmation of his backstabbing intentions! 🙂

Don’t worry mate, we’ve got you covered! Check out -> www.the-mooch.com.

I don’t know what’s wrong with you, but it doesn’t matter anymore. You are one of the worst opportunistic freeloaders of all time and we just ask you to consider …

(1) When you threaten someone you better be sure you know whom you are talking to!
(2) Google yourself from time to time, you will be unpleasantly surprised in the near future. 🙂
(3) Guess how much nonsense someone could do with a copy of your passport.
(4) Guess how much damage someone could do with your BSN Number.
(5) Guess how much fun someone could have with the copies of your bills you left behind.

Come back from time to time and you will see yourself shouting and insulting everyone! You remember? We had a CCTV in the house! Naaaa,…… I don’t need to do this…. Or do I?

🙂

Indy’s BLOG – Finish the job!

When you sharing an apartment it’s crucial that everyone adheres to the rules of social understanding and treat each other with respect, but that’s not always the case, because sometimes you encounter someone behaving like living in a hotel.

Alfred is one of them. We invited him into our house because we thought that he might be a good flatmate, but we couldn’t be more wrong. He turned out to be the most unpleasant person we’ve ever met and in the end, he was lucky that we didn’t lose our temper because of a behaviour like this other people got a serious answer.

He did absolutely nothing in the flat, except causing stress and irritations. He took advantage of us, enjoyed our work organizing everything and just ‘parasited’, but when he wanted something for himself he was very persistent, actually penetrant. Numerous calls, texts and messages when he needed something, but everything else was ‘our business’.

Well, a few impressions. He cleans only ‘partially’, which means that he only ‘cleans’ his stuff and everything else need to be done by someone else. Like here, the dustbin was filled up and what did he do? Well, a new bag, but dump the full one near the bin and waiting for someone else to bring it down. He is living here for nearly two months and he actually doesn’t know how to open the bin outside.

Lazy TWAT!

Indy’s BLOG – Get Lost M8!

Well,

did you really think that you will stay until the end of the month, continue to behave like living in a hotel, in the end not pay the bills and then just leave?

Did you really think that you can just leave all the mess behind you? NOPE!

I already know that I don’t have to expect anything from you, but crap and NOW I tell you now what you will do. You will leave the house BEFORE me and you will NOT return.

I will leave the flat at the 23.rd, I will change the locks that day and anything remaining in the flat will be removed at the 23.rd 12:00 by movers to clean.

You have the chance to remove your stuff the whole week until 23.rd 12:00 and I suggest you take the opportunity to avoid any further costs on my side.

To clarify. I went to the Weesp police station and they told me that I do have the right to change the locks because I am the MAIN tenant and the lease is on me.

Have a good life and I hope you never see us again.
